Biography

Dr Chu received his PhD in Police Studies from the University of Exeter (UK) in 1997. He is currently an Honorary Assistant Professor at HKU Sociology, and an Honorary Fellow in the HKU Centre for Criminology.

He is also one of the founding members of the Asian Association of Police Studies and the Hong Kong Juvenile Delinquency Research Society.
