Li Xiaotian is a full-time PhD student at HKU sociology, where he is researching the Internet economy in China, especially the labor process in the digital world. He received his Master degree in Renmin University of China and his Bachelor degree in Tsinghua university, both in Sociology. His research interests include gender and sexuality, labor and migration in China, and how technology changes work and everyday life.
