Dr Marco Montagner

  • I joined HKU’s Department of Sociology in 2022, and have been a lecturer at CUHK’s Department of Anthropology since 2019. Earlier I conducted two long-term ethnographies, on internal and international migrants in Guangdong province. My work has focused on migrants’ space, the dyad privilege/discrimination, urban planning, and the mentality of governing, My current projects are about body movement.
